  10. Divide into 6 portions, and form into patties.
  11. Coat the formed patties in flour, beaten egg, then panko.
  12. When the patties are coated, make the oil ready.
  13. Fill a frying pan about half full with vegetable oil. Heat the oil to 180°C, then add the patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides and they're done.
